With 30 years of hospitality experience, Chef Ganesh Bisht is a maestro in crafting innovative burgers, wraps, and coffee. His distinguished career includes tenures at renowned establishments like Ashoka Hotel New Delhi, Le Meridien New Delhi, Riverwalk Tandoor Singapore, Shangri-La Hotel Sydney, and Novotel Hotel. Celebrated for his engaging guest interactions, Chef Ganesh also formerly owned Charcoal Chicken at this very location, where he built a dedicated community following.

Hari Negi

With 18 years of culinary expertise, Chef Hari Negi has mastered the art of crafting exquisite kebabs, biryanis, curries, and Indian breads. His illustrious career includes stints at prestigious establishments such as Kebab Factory New Delhi, Radisson New Delhi, and The Grand New Delhi. At renowned venues like Thousand Spices Homebush, Not Just Curries, and MAD Down Under, Chef Hari’s innovative approach elevates traditional flavors into extraordinary culinary experiences that truly captivate the senses.
